Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the plumbing fixtures or supplies you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all washers, valves, and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
